Nick said his vehicle broke down after being at the business to have some things replaced on it and he was a little upset with them. He called, spoke with them and explained the situation. They told him they would tow it back to the facility, run a diagnostic and if there was anything that was missed, it would be fixed for free. He was pleased with how friendly they were over the phone about the issue. At the facility they checked everything again and discovered that there had been no negligence on their part. The job had been done properly during its first service. They sent him a copy of the diagnostic and called him later about it. They explained what it meant. He said he was happy and satisfied with their friendliness and professional customer service.
