We are very satisfied with the service we received. We thought the transmission was the problem but it wasn’t. A number of problems that needed maintenance and were ignored were addressed and the truck seems to have new life. Thank you.

I been going there to support our local shop, however I got bone , I was so disappointed, nobody could give a straight answer, I brought my car mid Feb, because my airbag lights was on and my both rear window won't work , They fix the both rear windows however they did not fix the airbag light, so I went back on March 4 they told me the driver side seat belt receptacle is defective, so they going to order it, I called a week later they told me that the supplier where the they order parts was close due to covid 19, I understand , Mike the owner told me that his going to the order the parts from the different supplier, so after 3 weeks of waiting went back to shop and drop my car off after 5 hours I called and he said it was ready, when I started the car the airbag light is on, he said it was done and he said I replace the passenger side seat belt receptacle and I said the airbag light is still on, I waited for an hour , after an hour they showed me a new error came out REALLY, what a coincidence , I paid for the service for $850 for nothing, I should at least get a refund for the service they couldn't fix, gave me the car back and said it's done, it wasn't done, Will never come back and not recommending anybody...

They did a thorough job, but I was not informed prior to the inspection that a $117 charge would be expect to be paid at the end of the examination. I think they should be a little more forthcoming about this charge before the exam is done.

As for the diagnostic charge, this is a standard charge for the state of the art equipment we have available to help save our customers time and money. Our policy is for Service Advisors to explain our diagnostic process, share the cost and get customer approval. Quick service. Excellent work to fix auto transmission column shifter, making adjustments as necessary. Fair pricing. Friendly service. Should have gone there years ago instead of living with starting problems. I recommend this place.

The part was ordered several days ago but with the current state of affairs in our economy, receipt has been quite challenging as businesses are having to close their doors or overwhelmed with orders. My wife brought our car into to have it checked for our transmission. They told my wife it was going to be $7000+ just to take the transmission and the engine apart. None of that price is for parts. I called them twice and they had me on hold for more then 10 minutes the first time and they hung up and i called them again and was on hold for another 5 minutes and they hung up again. This place is very over priced and not very friendly would not recommend it

The cost to fix a transmission varies significantly by whether it is a simple leak from a cracked fluid line, replacing a bad solenoid, installing a brand-new replacement, or you opt for a more affordable transmission rebuild. We do apologize for the long hold time on 2/27/20 as we were shorthanded that day. This is not typical of the excellent customer service we strive to provide to our customers.
